Radek Dajer graduated from Canterbury University with a Bachelor of Law in 2011. He was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in New Zealand, in 2012 and as an Australian Solicitor in Victoria in 2013.
Radek has expertise in Corporate, Governance and Compliance Law, Litigation, Property and Employment matters along with Debt and Insolvency Law working as an in-house lawyer and in general practice law firm. He also has expertise in, Company and Commercial Law, as well as Construction and Insurance Law which he has had first-hand experience having worked through the Canterbury earthquakes in Christchurch, New Zealand where he resided for the last 21 years. Radek is also bilingual in Polish and English and is an active member of the Polish Community.
Radek enjoys going to the gym spending time with his family who all now reside in the Mornington Peninsula. Radek is an active member of the Law Society and a member of the LIV Young Lawyers group.
